What, if any, are the entry requirements?

Learning content (brief description)

  1. Quest for a Way of Life that Works – What is a ‘rule of life’ and how can it be helpful?
  2. Begin with the End in Mind – Where am I going and what do I want? How can attending to my own longings and crafting a personal mission statement help me get there?
  3. Life Giving Rhythms and Practices – How are my habits shaping me and how might ‘holy habits’ help me live the way I want to live?
  4. Overcoming Resistance – Why do I do what I don’t want to do? What are the barriers I encounter as I try to live with more intention and how do I overcome them?

How is the learning delivered?

Online via Zoom. Interactive workshop.

What are the learning outcomes?

Inspiration – to inspire hope that participants can indeed make changes in their lives so we can live more soulfully and sustainably.
