Before his first term as Senior Tutor with CWR in 1998-2000, Ron conducted a private counselling practice in Sydney at DaySpring Church, where, on his return to Sydney, he served as one of the pastoral team for five years, until returning to CWR early in 2006. Ron brings many years of “hands on” experience into some of the key areas of CWR’s ministry.
