Invest in your mental health and wellbeing
Our Insight range lifts the lid and gives understanding into some key issues that many people struggle with. Drawing on biblical wisdom and professional expertise, our range of resources will help those facing challenges and those seeking to support others.
Learn online, at your own pace, and gain greater knowledge to better understand yourself and others.
We live in an age where we can fall into the trap of constantly comparing ourselves to others. No wonder we often find it a struggle to feel consistently good enough. Through this course you will discover the value of healthy self-esteem as one of the building blocks of an emotionally healthy life: a life lived to the full, as God intended.
This four-session course will lead you, individually or in your group, through an exploration of the importance of self-esteem and how, as Christians, it is rooted in our relationship with God.
Each of the sessions include built-in reflection and activity time. We recommend journeying through the course over four weeks, to allow time for reflection between sessions.
Covering a broad range of topics, readers will benefit from looking at real-life examples, wisdom from the Bible, professional understanding and practical insights as to how we can biblically and sensitively address these issues that so many of us face.
Go on a 30-day journey of growing closer to God through approaching, from His compassionate and wise perspective, subjects that many people face. With readings and relevant thoughts, be completely yourself and experience the God of all comfort.
