Delivery schedule
Orders within the UK should reach you within seven working days, over holiday periods i.e. Christmas & Easter we aim to deliver within 14 days. Orders outside the UK are generally received within 28 days. If you have any questions about delivery, please send us an email.
Postage & packaging
Charges are as follows:
UK P+P
Orders up to £24.99 = £2.99;
Orders over £25 = FREE *
Elsewhere P+P
Orders up to £10 = £4.95
Orders from £10.01 – £50 = £6.95
Orders from £50.01 – £100 = £10.00
Orders over £100 = £30.00
Please note the following products are free of postage & packaging charges:
– Gifts to CWR & CWR Appeals
and the following products include postage & packaging charges
– Subscriptions to CWR dated products
Additional subscription fee calculation: includes additional charges for overseas despatch.
Where an order includes one or more of the above items plus additional products to which postage & packaging charges apply, customers will only be charged the relevant postage & packing for those additional products.
*Where an order includes one or more of the above items plus additional products, the customer will only receive free postage and packing if the total value of the additional products is £25 or more.
How do I make my purchase?
When you find the resource you want, add it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on ‘checkout’ and fill in your details.
How should I make my payment?
As a UK company all prices are displayed in GB £
We accept payment by Mastercard and VISA debit and credit cards.
If you live outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the amount you spend into your own currency.
We use Stripe for all our credit/debit card transactions.

Your details and card information
As we use a third party payment processing service we do not hold any debit or credit card information on any of our online customers. We will not share any details you provide on our website with any other third party.
What happens if the item I choose is not in stock?
If your item is not in stock, it will be placed on back order for you and sent as soon as it is available.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate where VAT is applicable.
